Frank has been practicing law in Georgia for over 40 years, and has a peer rating of "AV Preeminent" from Martindale-Hubbell.
In mediations, Frank understands where both sides are coming from; as an attorney he has represented parties on all sides in a broad variety of cases.
Since becoming certified as a mediator by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution in 2014, Frank has helped hundreds of attorneys and litigants resolve their cases.
Reasonable Rates:
$295 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. No charge for rescheduling or cancellation with one business day's notice.
The Parties Control The Process
You can choose from (a) In-person mediation at our office or at the courthouse directly across the street; or (b) Zoom mediation if the parties prefer.
